In conjunction with The Osceola Education Foundation, this scholarship is awarded annually to a Celebration High School senior or resident senior student who attends a school outside of Celebration, who has demonstrated a high degree of volunteerism along with strong community/school involvement, and is continuing their education at an accredited college or university.

In 2009, there were three scholarships of $1,000 awarded.
